Physical Standards
As per Rule-14 of the Rajasthan Police Subordinate Service Rules, 1989, the mandatory determination of height and weight for the purpose of Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes is

Note:
- If relaxation is to be given to candidates of Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes as per the above-mentioned physical standards for the general category.
- A relaxation of 5% in weight will be given according to the age of the candidates.
- For general female candidates, the minimum height will be 152 cm and weight will be 47.5 kg.
Medical criteria
1. As per the guidelines number F.2 (1) Personnel / A-2/2016 dated 13.03.2020 issued by the Department of Personnel regarding health examination, the minimum near vision of the candidate should be J1 (better eye) and J2 (worse eye). It is mandatory to have a minimum vision of 6X6 (better eye) and 6X9 (worse eye) of both eyes with or without correction such as wearing glasses.
2. The candidate should be mentally alert, of sound health and free from all physical disorders, defects, and diseases. The candidate should not be suffering from mental illness.
3. Candidate has knock-knees, varicose veins, squint, night blindness, colour blindness, stammering

Qualification
| Senior Secondary passed in Science with Physics & Mathematics, Computer Applications or equivalent from a Board established by law or declared equivalent by the Government.
To be eligible for the post of Constable Driver, the applicant must have both valid driving licenses (LMV / HMV) issued one year before 01.01.2026. |
