Engineer (RE – Electrical BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). 3+ years in switchyard, transmission systems, or RE projects.
Engineer (RE – Mechanical) BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). Preference: ME/M.Tech. 3+ years in mechanical systems supervision/execution.
Engineer (RE – IT) BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). 3+ years in networking (VLANs, firewalls), web development (ASP.Net, SQL Server)
Engineer (RE – Contract & Material) BE/B.Tech in any stream + PG Diploma/MBA in Supply Chain Management OR M.Tech in Renewable Energy. 1+ year in RE industry.

Executive Posts

Executive (RE – HR) Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in HR/Industrial Relations/Social Work/MBA-HR with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). 3+ years in HR functions. Preference: SAP/MS Office/Data Analytics skills.
Executive (RE – Finance) Qualified CA/CMA 1+ year post-qualification experience in finance/accounts (excluding articleship).

Selection Process

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)

  • Weightage70 marks (Technical + Aptitude).
  • Test Pattern:
    • Sections: Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge, Technical Skills (domain-specific).
    • Language: Bilingual (English & Hindi).
    • Qualifying Marks:
      • UR/EWS: 60% (42/70).
      • SC/ST/OBC/PwBD: 50% (35/70).
  • Test Cities: Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Vishakhapatnam, Gandhinagar, Lucknow, Jaipur, Bhopal, Raipur.

2. Experience Evaluation

  • WeightageUp to 10 marks.
    • 5 marks for fulfilling minimum required experience.
    • 1 mark for each additional year of experience (max 5 extra marks).
  • Example: A candidate with 5 years of experience (3 years required + 2 extra) scores 5 + 2 = 7 marks.

3. Interview

  • Weightage20 marks.
  • Qualifying Marks:
    • UR/EWS: 50% (10/20).
    • SC/ST/OBC/PwBD: 45% (9/20).

Final Merit List

  • Total Marks: 100 (CBT + Experience + Interview).
  • Ranking: Candidates are shortlisted based on cumulative scores.
  • Medical Examination: Mandatory for selected candidates before joining.
