How to Apply
- Detailed guidelines/ procedures for Application registration, Payment of fees, Document scan and upload
- Candidates can apply online only from 28.02.2025 to 16.03.2025 and no other mode of application will be accepted.
- Candidates should go to the Bank’s website “www.tmbnet.in/tmb_careers/” click on the option “APPLY ONLINE” available under Recruitment of “Senior Customer Service Executive (SCSE)” which will open a new screen.
- To register application, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id.
- A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
- Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.
- In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he / she can save the data already entered by choosing “SAVE AND NEXT” tab.
- Prior to submission of the online application candidates are advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required.
- Visually Impaired candidates should fill the application form carefully and verify/ get the details verified to ensure that the same are correct prior to final submission.

- Total Duration: 120 minutes

- Negative Marking: 1/4th mark deducted for each wrong answer
Exam Sections:
- General Awareness: 25 questions (25 marks) – 15 minutes
- English Language: 30 questions (30 marks) – 20 minutes
- Reasoning & Computer Aptitude: 30 questions (30 marks) – 25 minutes
- Quantitative Ability: 25 questions (25 marks) – 25 minutes
- General Banking: 40 questions (40 marks) – 35 minutes
Phase II: Personal Interview
- Conducted in English
- Interview centers will be specified in the call letter.
