• Government/Institutional Employees: Submit applications through the proper channel or provide a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from your current employer before the interview.

• Eligibility: Ensure you meet UGC Regulations (2018) and amendments (including 2023). Multidisciplinary expertise (as per NEP) is preferred.

Application Submission: Eligible candidates must submit the prescribed application form along with a non-refundable processing fee (Bank Draft of ₹2,500) and required documents by 30th April 2025.

Screening/Shortlisting:

• Mere fulfillment of eligibility criteria does not guarantee an interview call.

• A Screening Committee will shortlist candidates based on qualifications and other criteria.
• The university may conduct a written test/presentation for shortlisting, as decided by the Competent Authority.

Interview/Interaction:

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview/presentation.

• Candidates currently employed in government/semi-government/PSU/educational institutions must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer before the interview.

Final Selection:

• Selection is subject to budgetary approval from the Government of Assam.

• The university reserves the right to cancel the advertisement or not fill the posts without assigning reasons.
