2. Shortlisting for Document Verification

• Candidates are shortlisted based on merit in the Written Test.
• Cut-off Marks:
  • UR/OBC-NCL/EWS: Minimum 60% in qualifying exam (Diploma/ITI).
  • SC/ST/PwBD: Minimum 50% in qualifying exam.
• HAL reserves the right to raise the cut-off percentage if applications are excessive.

3. Document Verification

• Required Documents:
  • Original certificates for educational qualifications, caste (SC/ST/OBC-NCL), EWS income proof, disability certificate (PwBD), experience (if applicable), and photo ID.
  • Self-attested photocopies of all documents.
• TA Reimbursement:
  • Sleeper-class train fare/bus fare (shortest route) reimbursed only for document verification stage.

4. Medical Examination

• Candidates must undergo a pre-employment medical test at HAL Hospital.
• Standards: As per HAL’s medical guidelines.
• PwBD Candidates: Additional verification by a Medical Board to confirm suitability for the role.

5. Final Offer of Engagement

• Issued only after:
  • Successful document verification.
  • Medical fitness clearance.
  • Vigilance/Character & Antecedent verification.

Key Notes:

• Admit Card: Download from HAL website (no physical copy sent).
• No TA/DA for attending the Written Test.
• Provisional Selection: Engagement is subject to fulfilling all criteria; HAL can cancel candidature at any stage.
• No Backdoor Entry: All communication via email/official website only.
