Stages:

1. Written Exam (300 Marks):
   • Type: Objective (MCQs) with negative marking (1/3 deduction for wrong answers).
   • Sections:
     • Part 1: General Knowledge of Chhattisgarh (100 marks).
     • Part 2: Aptitude Test (200 marks) – Logical reasoning, numeracy, language skills (Hindi/English/Chhattisgarhi), and computer knowledge.
   • Qualifying Marks:
     • General/OBC: 33% in each section.
     • SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 23% in each section.
2. Interview (30 Marks):
   • Only candidates who qualify for the written exam are shortlisted.
   • Assesses communication skills, subject knowledge, and suitability for the role.
3. Document Verification:
   • Mandatory for final selection (original certificates for age, education, category, domicile, etc.).

Final Merit:

• Total Marks = Written Exam (300) + Interview (30).
• Reservation rules apply for category-wise selection.

Key Notes:

• CBT Mode: Exam may be conducted online (Computer-Based Test) if applicant numbers are high.
• No re-evaluation requests are entertained post-results.
